At PO BAZAR, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment orders.
This policy explains refund eligibility, process, and timelines based on the selected payment method.
Food orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Food is spoiled or unsafe to consume
Order was not delivered
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be approved if:
Items are damaged or spoiled at delivery
Wrong items delivered
Items missing from the order
Requests must be reported within 24 hours with valid proof if required.
Refund and return eligibility may vary depending on the vendor
Vendor-specific refund rules will apply where mentioned
PO BAZAR may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds in all cases
For COD orders, refunds are not issued in cash
If a refund is approved:
Amount may be credited to the user’s PO BAZAR Wallet, OR
Refunded via bank transfer / UPI after verification (if applicable)
COD refunds are processed only after order verification
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
PO BAZAR will notify the user once the refund is initiated
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Taste preference or personal dislike
Delay due to incorrect address or contact details
Orders cancelled after preparation or dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before confirmation or dispatch only
Once an order is prepared, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be allowed
Cancellation eligibility depends on restaurant or vendor policies
Promotional discounts, coupons, and cashback are non-refundable
Approved refunds may be credited to the PO BAZAR Wallet instead of cash or bank transfer
Online payment refunds: 1–2 business days
COD refunds (wallet/bank): 3–5 business days
